Opening up walls across several rooms, updating old wiring and plumbing throughout the house, reworking a dated layout from top to bottom, or remodeling while you still live there: these are the projects many remodelers turn down. They are the ones we take on.
Not sure where to start? Our Whole Home Remodel Guide helps you set priorities, and our whole home pricing page gives you a sense of budget before we meet.
We take on the hard projects. Coordinating many rooms and trades at once, structural changes, older homes with decades of patchwork behind the walls, and keeping your household running during construction are where our experience shows. One family came to us with a 40-year-old ranch home. We captured their vision and gave the whole house the face lift it needed.
A limited number of projects, so yours gets real attention. We take on a limited number of remodels at a time on purpose. Either Jon or Michael Morgan manages your project personally, and you will have a direct line to the person running it.
See your home before we build it. On most projects we create a 3D design of your remodeled rooms, so you can see the new layout and finishes and make changes before construction starts.
No guesswork on cost or quality. We publish starting prices online, give you a detailed scope before work begins, and back our workmanship with a 5-year guarantee.
Any demolition your project needs, from removing old cabinets and flooring to opening up walls.
If your project needs a permit, we handle the paperwork and make sure the work meets local codes.
New flooring that runs through the whole house for a consistent look. Options include luxury vinyl plank, engineered hardwood, laminate, tile and carpet.
Built-ins, custom shelving, fireplace surrounds, mud room cabinetry and staircase updates.
New and updated lighting, outlets and wiring, including adding fixtures or moving a TV to a new location.
Plumbing for new or relocated kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms and fixtures.
Hanging, finishing and repairing drywall for new walls and updated rooms.
Interior painting for walls, ceilings and woodwork trim, so every room looks finished and consistent.
New stair and balcony railings that update the look of your home.
Turn an unfinished basement into living space, from family rooms and home offices to workshops and mud rooms.
It depends on how many rooms are involved and the scope of work in each. A permit adds 3–4 weeks depending on your municipality. We’ll walk you through the expected timeline during your consultation.
Often, yes. Doing the work under one plan means one round of disruption instead of several, flooring and finishes that match from room to room, and better coordination between trades.
Many homeowners do, depending on the scope. If your kitchen or only full bathroom is part of the project, we’ll talk through how to plan around it before work begins.
Start with our free Whole Home Remodel Guide to rank your priorities, then look at our whole home pricing page for budget ranges. See a finished example in our Martinsville whole home remodel.
Often, yes. Multi-room projects, structural changes and older homes are a big part of what we do. Tell us what you have been told, and we will give you an honest answer about what is possible.

Jon and his crew were such a pleasure to work with. We had never done this before, and the nervousness we felt was put at ease. Jon’s attention to detail and timely appointments were so helpful. The communication was excellent. If we ever had a question, Jon would return our call quickly. I plan on using Morgan Remodeling for future projects.Posted on Google![]()

We recently worked with Morgan Remodel LLC to update our outdated bathroom, and the results are fantastic. Our old setup had a clawfoot tub, a single vanity, and almost no storage. Mike and Jon completely reimagined the space, turning it into a modern, functional bathroom that feels twice as big. They were professional and transparent from start to finish, making sure every detail met our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend Morgan Remodel to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled remodeling team.Posted on Google![]()

My wife and I recently used Jon and his crew for a full remodel of our bathroom. Jon was easy to communicate with and very patient in helping us select the right options for our new bathroom. We ended up going with the Onyx Collection for ease of maintenance. Morgan Remodel did an outstanding job with our new bathroom and we would highly recommend them. Jon's entire team is skilled, professional and very detail oriented. Our project came in on time and budget.Posted on Google![]()

Morgan Remodeling has the best team of Craftsmen I have ever worked with. They were on time, stayed on budget, and were very nice people. The quality of their work was outstanding!! I would Highly recommend them. I will certainly be a repeat customer. And they were able to straighten and level the floor of an addition to our home that was done years ago. It was built out of level 2 1/8”. Several other contractors said it could not be done. Micheal said that they could, and they did!! It looks amazing. Now I have hardwood flooring throughout my home. Thank you Micheal!!Posted on Google![]()

They took my DIY project I started to address some safety issues in my home and transformed it into my new favorite room in my house. They're very hands on with customers who like to hang out while they're working through the job, which is great. I really liked that they lidar scanned the room, and started with a 3d render of the imagined finished product. But above all, I most liked that they knew it was just a mock-up, and went with the flow when things cropped up around legitimate issues, as well as my personal taste while things were in flight. Not easy to pull off!Posted on Google![]()

John and his team helped us turn our tiny-feeling, outdated 1970s bathroom into a modern oasis. From start to finish they were attentive, on top of communication, and helped us stay within our budget without compromising on quality. From the plumber to the carpenters to the painters, everyone who worked on the project was top-notch and super conscientious. I would highly recommend them for home renovation projects. They will be the first people we call when we're ready to tackle our next project.
