The complex kitchen remodels other contractors walk away from
Moving a load-bearing wall, relocating plumbing or gas, opening a closed-off kitchen in an older home, fixing floors that were never level: these are the kitchen projects many remodelers turn down. They are the ones we take on.
Morgan Remodel is a design-build remodeling company serving Franklin, Indiana. Franklin is a short drive south of our Greenwood office. Many Franklin homes, especially around the historic downtown and Franklin College, are older and come with the kind of surprises behind the walls that we are used to handling. We also work in Franklin’s newer neighborhoods.
Why Franklin homeowners call Morgan Remodel
- We take on the hard projects. Structural changes, moved plumbing, older homes and the surprises behind the walls are where our experience shows.
- A limited number of projects, so yours gets real attention. We take on a limited number of remodels at a time on purpose. Either Jon or Michael Morgan manages your project personally, and you will have a direct line to the person running it.
- See your kitchen before we build it. On most projects we create a 3D design of your new kitchen, so you can see the layout and finishes and make changes before demolition starts.
- No guesswork on cost or quality. We publish starting prices online, give you a detailed scope before work begins, and back our workmanship with a 5-year guarantee.
