Once we’ve started, Our average completion times for remodel projects are below. A permit adds an additional 3-4 weeks depending on the municipality.

For Addition – 2 – 3 months. The scope of work does affect the length of your project.

Demolition

Any demolition that needs to be done so that your project can move forward

Permits (Where required)

We can handle the permit process so you don’t have to. We’ll make sure that everything is compliant with the required codes

Flooring

We can install the flooring of your choice for your addition. Some of the possible flooring choices are carpet, hardwood, laminate, engineered, luxury vinyl plank, tile to name a few

Carpentry

Framing in your new addition

Custom Carpentry

Custom shelving, custom fireplaces, staircase

Electrical

Everything electrical from your new lighting, wiring a TV in a new location and the latest tech gadgets that you’ll want in your new addition

Drywall

Hang and/or finish drywall

Plumbing

Any plumbing needs you may have with your addition

Painting

Painting the new walls and the new ceiling

Custom Railing

Any custom railing that you’d want in your addition

  Jon and his team were great to work with. He was reliable, on time, honest, and kind. They removed the wall between our dining and kitchen, installed a structural beam, moved around some electrical, updated plumbing, installed countertops, built and installed floating shelves, did drywall work, and installed flooring throughout our entire downstairs. The entire project took around a month. Jon was very helpful when making selections on flooring and countertops. There is always going to be a hiccup or two when it comes to remodeling, and the way Jon handled any change, adjustment, or challenge made the project an easy one.   Morgan Remodel did an amazing job renovating our kitchen and laying new flooring throughout our entire first floor! The entire crew was very professional and friendly. We had our cabinets painted, new granite countertops, new sink with faucet, and tile backsplash installed. We chose to do luxury vinyl planking throughout our entire first floor. I highly recommend Jon, Mike, & their entire team for any renovations and will definitely use them in the future for all my construction needs!
